For a Sunday hang out at our neighbors house, I made a plate of dried figs stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in proscuitto. It was inspired by the most delicious proscuitto Mike's sister brought back to us from a deli in Queens. Little sweet and savory bits of (easy!) yum that are fun to pop in your mouth. More and more at the winery, couples are choosing to present a cheese course at the end of the night with Port. Delicious.
